I've worked as a graphic designer/illustrator for others and for myself for years and even though I like it as a job, it didn't made the trick. So, I jumped on what I really LOVE.

 

Drawing and painting (digitally or not) was always my passion, when the time came to make the decision for working for myself (and be a full time mother too), it wasn't difficult at all and I jumped on it.

 

One of the perks of working for myself is that I get to pick what projects I want.

Hand painting is one of my favourite forms of art and when you add that to shoes, hats and clothes it just makes it perfect. Making every piece unique is just mindblowing. Everytime that I paint an item, I think 'Wow...someone out there is gonna wear my art and no one else in the world has the same!'

Each project has a different outcome and the possibilities are endless and that is super exciting for me . 

 

My creative process envolves a lot of experiments, but also a lot of impulse decisions. Sometimes I just feel it and that's it.

• You wouldn't guess: I collect postcards (I carried on from my grandfather collection); also I love christian music.
