Shipping delays

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When the order is shipped as standard (ground or international) shipping options, please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

A tracking number will be provided when your order ships out and is over $40, you will receive an email alert from us with the tracking number of your package. Simply click the link to track your package.

Duties and taxes

Select international countries (out of the UK) may require customers to pay additional duties & taxes charge on orders entering their country upon delivery. D'arnaut is not able to refund duties, including returned items.
